The Property Department deals with a wide variety of Freeholds, from Castles to Cottages, Town Houses to Country Estates and Modern Property to Listed. The majority of our properties would be within the county of Herefordshire, but we frequently cover property in the adjoining counties of Monmouthshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Shropshire. A significant percentage of our sales would be made to people moving to this area from London and the South East, as well as increasingly from abroad, particularly Southern Africa. We maintain an extensive mailing list of such applicants and regularly advertise in regional and national media publications, in order to access different target markets.
