Nigel Morris, who heads our Agricultural Department is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of  Chartered Surveyors and also a Fellow of the Central Association of Agriculture Valuers.  As such he has considerable experience and expertise to provide a wide variety of Professional Services to Land Owners and Farmers.

These services include the sale or purchase of Agricultural and Landed property, Management of Farms & Estates, and Valuations for many purposes including Probate, Rental, Tenant Right, Capital Gains Tax and Stocktaking.  Also Cropping and Grazing Agreements and Compensation Claims.  Rural Payment Agency matters and Single Payment Scheme issues.
